• Optimization Access: Allows the Turbo Engine to manage background resource leakage.
• DND Authorization: Required for Focus Mode to suppress disruptive system notifications.

4. AI Processing (Google Gemini)

While Turbo Boost employs advanced optimization algorithms, hardware performance is ultimately limited by physical device specifications. We make no guarantees regarding specific FPS gains or latency reductions.

3. Third-Party Compliance

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of performance-enhancing utilities complies with the end-user license agreements (EULA) of third-party gaming applications.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lean Bytes Labs shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to device overheating, system instability, or data loss resulting from the use of performance-tuning features. Gaming performance remains subject to hardware limitations.

5. Subscription Management

Pro features are governed by Google Play's standard billing system. All financial transactions and refund requests are managed through the Google Play Store interface.
