By downloading, installing, or using HabitTracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
HabitTracker is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Usage Limits: The free version of HabitTracker allows you to track up to 5 active habits. To track unlimited habits and access premium features (widgets, advanced analytics, cloud sync), a Premium subscription is required.
HabitTracker Premium is available on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly).
Free Trial: We may offer a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee.
Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store settings. Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle; no refunds are provided for the current period.
The application utilizes third-party services including Supabase for data synchronization and Firebase for analytics and crash reporting. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the respective terms of these service providers.
The application, including its original content, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of Lean Bytes.
In no event shall Lean Bytes be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes within the application.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
