By downloading or using Serene Interval Countdown, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on your mobile device.

3. Account & Personal Data

To access certain features, you are required to create an account by providing your name, email address, and a profile photo. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Not impersonate any other person or use a false identity.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

Your personal data is used exclusively for authentication and personalizing your in-app experience. We do not share your data with any third parties.

4. Data Security Disclosure

Important: Your personal data (name, email, and profile photo) is currently not encrypted in transit. This means data transmitted between your device and our servers could potentially be intercepted by third parties. By using the app, you acknowledge and accept this risk. We are working to implement transit encryption in a future update.

5. Data Deletion Rights

You may request the permanent deletion of all personal data associated with your account at any time by contacting us at leanbytes0@gmail.com. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will remove all your personal data within 30 days. This action is irreversible and will result in the termination of your account.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the technical requirements for the app. You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.

7. Limitation of Liability

Serene Interval Countdown is provided "as is" without any warranties. While we strive for extreme precision, we are not liable for any missed intervals, data loss, unauthorized access to unencrypted data in transit, or consequences resulting from the use or inability to use the app.

8. Intellectual Property

All design assets, code, and trade names (including "Serene Interval Countdown" and the hourglass logo) are the intellectual property of Lean Bytes.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
